Number

Publication Date

Description
The assessment and evaluation landscape is confronted with a great variety of standards and specifications. The main objective of this document is to provide recommendations and guidelines for using these standards and specifications, that is, define a set of best practices of usage making up an ICOPER Suitability Report for Better Practice (ISURE).
The methodology followed to come up with recommendations is, based on the theoretical analysis of standards and specifications in D6.1 and interoperability issues in D6.2, to provide a set of recommendations related to the ICOPER Reference Model (IRM) and validate them by means of empirical artefacts. These artefacts have to be evaluated by the stakeholders in order to sustain the intended recommendations.
